One Year Ago

Today marks one year since my sweet newborn baby boy had to go into the hospital with RSV. It was probably the scariest time I have ever endured as a parent. There were times when the doctors couldn't even tell us if they thought he would survive. There are not really words that can describe what it is like to watch your 2 week old baby fight for his life. So many emotions, fears, helpless feelings and blessings too. My heart breaks when I think of those 11 days, literally living in 2 separate hospitals and being away from Price for so long. I am so thankful that Hayes is fully recovered and such a happy, healthy, strong willed toddler. Here's hoping to a much better December than we had last year!

Hayes is a precious blessing! Last year has really been on my mind all day today. So wonderful seeing Hayes so healthy and happy now. You and Lee are such special parents. I am so glad Hayes will get to be apart of tree decorating this year. Or maybe he won't!! I know he will be a really good helper-maybe too much help.

So glad Hayes is so healthy. That was a terrible time and I hated seeing that little precious boy laying in that big hospital crib. He has certainly come so far and we love him so much. As Becky said you and Lee are such wonderful parents. We are so grateful for his good health.
