Bearathon

A week ago Lee ran his 2nd half marathon. This was Baylor's Bearathon and their tag line is "toughest half in Texas". Lee said it was harder than his last one but he still had a good time. He finished in 1 hour and 46 minutes. Not too shabby. I think he was 89th out of 974 runners. The boys, me, my parents and Lee's parents all went to cheer him on. After the race we walked around campus and the boys had a great time. Future Baylor bears perhaps? (Maybe, if someone else can pay for it! :)

This fountain is new to campus, and the boys LOVED playing in it. Not sure this is what it was intended for but they were entertained.

Then it was over to see the real Baylor bears. One was right by the window so they liked seeing her up close.

It was a fun outing for our family and we hope to watch Daddy finish many more races!
