Dinosaur Super-heros!

Price was torn this year about a birthday theme. So I figured why not combine his two greatest loves right now. On Saturday we had a Dinosaur Super Hero themed bash in our backyard. It was HOT but fun! This is this first year that the guest list has been up to Price. He picked everyone he wanted to come from church and from his class. We ended up with about 17 kids.  I had tons of pictures to choose from between my camera (Jen took pictures) and Pepaw's camera. So here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!
Daddy and Mommy ready for the party
 LOVED the cake

The favors were personalized super hero capes and dinosaur masks. (click to make the picture larger)
 Price-osaurus
Best family shot we got.
The food table...."fish" and dino nuggets for the carnivores. Fruit and veggies for the herbivores.
I used dinosaurs Price already had and gave them capes as table decorations.

We rented a giant water slide and it was so fun!
 Super hero/Dinosaur Hayes
Grandpa and Hayes taking a turn on the slide
I think Lee must have taken Hayes down about 50 times.
This super guy greeted you as you walked in.

The biggest hit of all was this giant load of sand we had dropped off.  We buried dinosaur treasures in it and the kids dug them out.  They were all sandy messes when it was over but they loved it.  My kids are still enjoying it.
 Present time!!
We tried to hose off some of the sand.  Hayes thought it was great.
 Finally time for the cake!
As you can tell...the cake was pretty darn good!
