Life with Brothers

It's going to be a rough road for Brighton with 2 older brothers.  The are 100% boy and she will have to learn to adapt to their rough way of playing.  I'm sure she'll be able to hold her own quite well though.  I'm guessing they will also be her protectors and make sure she doesn't date anyone (especially their friends) until she's about 30.  Since bringing her home from the hospital they have been so great with her.  She has received more hugs and kisses and pats than I ever thought possible.  When she cries Hayes is very quick to say "it's okay baby" or tell me "hold her Mama!!".  Yesterday when she was crying in the car he kept telling her"its okay baby, we're almost home" and "no cry baby".  I love that he never uses her name.  He usually just refers to her as "that baby".  Price has loved showing her off, giving her her pacifier and making sure she is always comfortable.  I'm so glad we haven't had any jealousy issues and that they seem to totally adore their new sister.

Price was being very sweet and sharing his special Pooh bear with her.
