30th birthday celebration

I am incredibly fortunate to have a lot of really good friends. God has blessed me with people that I can count on and truly love spending time with. Molly, Jen and Michelle are 3 of my oldest friends. There are no words to describe our relationship or what these girls mean to me. Between October 5 and February 20, we will all be turning 30 so we decided about 6 months ago to take a girls only trip to South Padre Island. After a lot of counting down, we finally left on Thursday. We drove the 9 hours to get there and then enjoyed the most relaxing trip I think I have ever taken. We spent hours just laying on the beach, watching movies, talking and laughing. It almost felt like college again accept, you know, Michelle is pregnant and I have 3 kids! :). Anyway, big thanks to our husbands for being so supportive of us going and taking care of things here while we were gone. (Lee had a baby with the croup to deal with.). We came home on Monday, tanned (slightly burned) and so rejuvenated! It was so much fun and I can't wait to do it again! Here are some pictures I took with my phone.
