Price was more than happy to help Daddy bathe Macie in the backyard today. Macie was less than thrilled. This boy is pretty much happy any time he can do anything with the water hose. (I know it's hard to see in the pictures but he IS wearing a diaper!)
Just wanted to include a little update on Mr. Pricer (even if it does make me look like a bad mother!). Yesterday we went to the park after MDO with our friends. We had only been there a short time when Price went to play on the big playground with the rest of his friends. It's a thing he has done probably a hundred times. He was standing near the edge so I told him to scoot back. He turned around and walked away but next thing I know, he is falling and can't stop himself. He fell off a step and proceeded to fall all the way to the ground. It was a good 4 1/2 foot drop (at least) and he hit his head on a metal pole on the way down. He landed face down in the gravel and as soon as I scooped him up I saw the blood. There was A LOT of blood pouring out of his mouth. Thankfully my friends were all there to help calm me and Price down. We got the bleeding slowed down and Price spent some time just sitting in my lap. He cried a lot and we finally ended up going home. Thankfully, once we got all the gravel out of his gums and teeth we were able to see that nothing major is wrong. All of his teeth are intact, he just has a lot of cuts and swelling on his gums and lips. He also has a large purple bruise on his head where he hit the pole. Thank the Lord he wasn't hurt more. I have done lots of crying too. I know I cant always be everywhere but the guilt of not protecting him is killing me. He is healing and will be okay but the sight of him falling just plays over and over again in my head. It's awful! It really makes me so thankful for him and for God's protection.

Wow! What a scarey mom moment! Thanks for sharing! I'm so grateful he's ok too!!! And never doubt, you are a wonderful mom and can't be everywhere every second!
Go check out my latest blog post...you're a lucky winner!
Dont feel bad Kristy. I know that is easier said than done, but we all know you are such a good mommy. It just happens sometimes.. like Kinley burning her hand on the iron :)
Besides, dont stress about it too much- dont want to stress baby Hayes :)
Okay, I have to try this again because I spelled a word wrong the first time. Oops! Here's the comment:
I'm so glad he's okay--and that you survived the ordeal, too!
As for the bath pictures...we all know he's really naked from the waist down. ;)
Oh poor sweet Price and Mommy. Brooke's black eye was enough for me - guess its just the start.
