Hayes at 3 Months

Hayes turned 3 months old last week. He's such a sweet little boy and always so happy. He's very easy and doesn't cry much at all. Here is a little of what he's up to at this age:

• He loves to smile and give little giggles. He smiles the most when he's being talked to.
• He sleeps well at night, usually from 9-10ish until 4-6am, eats, then goes back to sleep until 7-8ish. He still sleeps all swaddled up.
• He does not nap at all in the mornings, he's awake all the time but very happy.
• He takes a LONG afternoon nap, usually about 1-5pm.
• He has excellent head control and can lift it all the way up when he's on his tummy.
• He nurses like a champ and has gotten must faster at it but he's still spits up a ton.
• He still loves his bouncy seat and has finally warmed up to to the swing.
• He's not a huge fan of the car seat. He'll usually scream in the car until he falls asleep (especially when its dark).
• He loves his pacifier but is still trying to find his thumb.
• No one can make him smile like Price.
• He LOVES his baths and kicks like crazy in the water.
• According to our scale, he's right at 13lbs.

Price was trying to make Hayes smile for his pictures. He made himself a stage, put jingle bells in his mouth, and waved these diapers around. It was pretty funny but didn't get a smile from Hayes!
