Price at 2 1/2

How is it possible that Price is half way to 3 years old? These past 6 months have flown by, I feel like we just had his birthday party! He is growing up so fast and becoming more of a "kid" everyday, instead of a toddler. Here are some things he is doing now that he is 2 1/2:
  • He talks ALL THE TIME! He can say anything and surprises us and makes us laugh all the time. The other day while taking a bath with Lee he said "Daddy, turn the bubbles (jets) off, let's talk about life." Cracks us up constantly.
  • He loves to sing songs and usually does so around the house and in the car.
  • He is getting more interested in letters and likes to ask what letter certain words start with. He can identify about 10 letters.
  • He is sleeping great, this is a welcome change since he had big problems for a while there.
  • He loves to count and tell us how many of something he sees.
  • His current favorite activity in the house is to "race around the couches".
  • He continues to be a great eater and he is willing to try all types of new foods. He still loves fruit and cheese.
  • He is still super loud and lets you know what he is thinking.
  • He likes to play around his friends but not really with them. He gets really shy in situations where he doesn't know anyone and where there are a lot of people. He also doesn't like to stray too far from me or Lee when around groups of people.
  • He's getting better at playing on his own at home.
  • He has adjusted beautifully to being a big brother. We haven't had any jealousy issues and he loves to watch Hayes do new things and love on him.
  • He is still incredibly sweet, tells us he loves us and gives us hugs and kisses all the time.
  • He is a total joy and Lee and I always talk about how much we love this kid. I really don't know what we would do without him.

He is becoming such a big boy. He is a pleasure, he is also such a great big brother. You and Lee did good with both boys.
