The weekend before my birthday my mom was nice enough to keep the boys so Lee and I could have a "fancy" date night. We got all dressed up and he surprised me by taking me to our favorite restaurant, Cheeves Brothers. Then we actually got to go see a movie together. It was lots of fun and just so nice to be out of the house together. I realize more and more that I am so lucky to be married to such a wonderful, easy going guy. He is so sweet, caring and thinks of me and the boys before he thinks of anything else. At our stage in marriage we are starting to see some couples that are going their separate ways and I am so thankful that he is still my best friend. There is no one on earth I would rather spend my life with. He's such a great and loving person and I can't imagine raising the boys without him. So thank you sweet husband for all that you do and for taking me out for a fun night. I love you.
