Price's 5th Birthday Party

Of course we are obsessed with all things super hero around here so when it came time to plan for Price's birthday party he wanted nothing else.  We decided to make it all super heroes with emphasis on The Avengers.  I asked him several times what he wanted to do and gave him options and he kept saying he just wanted to do what he did last year.  So a backyard party it was!  Saturday morning (even though it was sprinkling and cloudy) we set up the inflatable slide, got out the pool and gathered the decorations.  Price and Hayes spent the night with Memaw and Pepaw so when they got home they were both so excited.  Once all the friends arrived it was crazy party time.  They ran all over the yard, devoured the food and seemed to all have a good time.  I also made a huge tub of goop.  It was just cornstarch and water mixed together to make a really cool consistency.  It was a HUGE hit.  Here are about a million pictures to help capture the fun of the day.  I can't believe my sweet boy is about to be 5!!

Bat signal watermelon
 LOVED the cake
Each cooler had a fun super hero related discription
 One side of the yard
Trying out the slide before the party
 Hayes' turn
Sweet sister dressed for the occasion
Our super family (the boys are making mean super hero faces)
The spread. I loved using all of their dress up stuff on the table.
We let him open our gift before the party.  It was the Jake and the Neverland Pirates ship he had been asking for for a long time.
 Gumball favors from Etsy
 Uncle Coco and B
 Getting messy in the goop.
 Thor and Spiderman
Captain America, Batman, Thor and Spiderman
 Captain America's helper
 Cake time!
 Hayes approved of the cake.
 Then we opened presents.
Everyone played some more and then went home.  The whole thing was too much for B and she passed out in Aunt Marci's lap.  Just too much fun!

Amazing clicks from Price's 5th Birthday Party! The party spot is so nice! My sister is looking for such good children special Los Angeles event venues for holding her daughter’s birthday party. I am sure that she would also be finding such a location soon within her budget.
