Rice Cereal

The day before Brighton turned 5 months old we decided to try rice cereal for the first time.  We mixed it with breast milk so it would be a familiar taste.  She did pretty well,  it was really runny so she spit a lot of it back out.  The next day we tried again and made it a little thicker.  She seemed to have more success with this consistency.  We are pretty much just taking solids slowly.  We don't feed her cereal every day and we probably won't start other foods until she's 6 months.  I really don't like the baby food stage so i figure why rush into it!
