Kristy is 30!

Last week I celebrated my 30th birthday.  I wasn't sure how to feel about turning 30 but since it was going to happen no matter what I did, I tried not to worry about it too much.  My sweet, sweet husband took the day into his hands and treated me like a queen.  Hayes was at school and Brighton was at my mother in law's house so Lee, Price and I went to a delicious lunch at BJ's.  Then Lee took me to a spa where I had a massage and got a pedicure.  I was so relaxed by the time he picked me up for dinner.  We went to Olive Garden and got our car washed (this is randomly something we did on our first date so sometimes we repeat it!).  Then we headed home to "record a show" on the dvr.  I had some idea that something might be going on but I didn't want to spoil anything and I didn't want to get my hopes up.  No matter how prepared you think you are, it's always shocking to see 30 people sitting in your living room yelling "surprise" when you walk in the door.  :)  It was so great to see so many of the people that I love in one room.  We had lots of desserts and time to visit while the kids ran around and played outside.  Sweet Jen and Glenn even made the trek in from Dallas to only stay a few hours.  It was so much fun and I just can't thank everyone enough for coming to celebrate.  My father in law took lots of pictures so I picked out a few of my favorites.

The spread (there was a sundae bar and red velvet cupcakes..my favorite)

Everyone waiting for us to come home
 Surprise!!
 Blowing out the candles
 Sweet lifelong friends
 Hayes
 My Dad
 Pricer B
Mom
 Baby B
 My sanity!
These two are the best of friends.  I love how they play together.
 Present time
And the most wonderful man in the world that organized everything and even made a secret email address for people to ask questions through.  I love him so much.
