A few weeks before Christmas, Hayes had his big performance at his school. He tends to not do too well when there is a crowd of people so I was a little worried about how he would react. He totally surprised me. He sang all the words and did most of the hand movements. I may be biased but I think he was the cutest kid on the stage!
