We Have a Winner!

This weekend we went to Dallas to find bridesmaids dresses for Jen's wedding. We had a blast. Jen chose this lovely dress modeled by Michelle. (Though I'm pretty sure we aren't going to wear the cowboy boots) They are going to be in a pretty sage green color. It has a drop waste so it was really flattering on everyone. And it was really comfortable! So I'm excited about her choice! One of the places we went had a pregnancy bump that you could put under your dress to see how you would look once the wedding rolled around. I put it on and it was hilarious. I have a picture but I'm not putting it up so as to avoid rumors! Michelle also put it on and we all laughed a lot! I'm not quite ready for that phase of my life yet! I just thought it was funny that they even offered that! Anyway, after a long day of shopping we went back to Glenn's apartment to lay on the couches and watch a movie. The move was on his x-box. So when the movie was over we started looking for things to play. (Glenn wasn't there) Michelle had the controller and she's never quite played an x-box before. We somehow ended up on Vice City. A grand theft auto game. It was so funny watching Michelle try to steal cars from people. She even ended up on top of the car, just riding a long. Needless to say we were not very good at this game. At one point Lindsay stole a big city bus and crashed it into the ocean where we drowned. Sounds sad but it was all made better by the fact that our character was wearing golf clothes. (Plaid pants and a sweater-vest) It was one of the most violent games I've ever seen. Which obviously means it caused Michelle to have bad dreams later that night. Either way, it was fun to act like a kid again. We had a great weekend of eating cookies, having alcoholic beverages for breakfast, and trying on tons of dresses. It was a perfect way to celebrate Jen's birthday. We always have a good time when the 5 of us are together. I cannot wait to do it again!

Woo-hoo: To the beautiful spring like weather outside.
Boo: To the fact that everyone has a spring break coming up and I have to work.

kristy, i just want to say that you're robbing the world of one of the funniest things they could ever see by not posting the pic of you with the pregnancy bump. for all those of you who don't get to see it, it's classic. of course, maybe someday kristy'll have the real thing, and that'll be much better anyways... :)
